The competition involved a 15-day data-driven challenge to propose a new city for an NBA team, including selecting a sponsor, mascot, and international partnership.
TicketGo
Developed TicketGo, a ticketing platform aimed at solving issues identified in existing services like Ticketmaster, including high fees, website malfunctions, and poor customer service. Conducted user surveys and research to inform the design. Created data flow diagrams, ERDs, and mock-ups, refining them through feedback. The final solution focused on transparency, reliability, and a better overall user experience.
